カスカウィンブランコの新バッチです。

ブランド名の「Cascahuin( カスカウィン)」 は、プレ・ヒスパニック言語で” 光の丘” もしくは” 丘の祭り” を意味します。日本人初のテキレロ(テキーラ職人)景田哲夫氏が製造工程に携わる100年以上の歴史を持つ老舗ブランドです。現在でも頑なに丁寧な製造工程が守られており、"古き良き"テキーラ本来の味を楽しめます。

カスカウィンブランコは、2回の単式蒸留の後、エル・アレナルの浄水による加水調整を経て38%に調整され、ろ過工程を経てボトリングされた熟成のないタイプです。
ライムやレモンの爽やかな柑橘香、エル・アレナル地区の芳香なミネラルをたっぷり含んだ水の香り、その水によって蒸されたアガベの華やかな甘香が特長です。
程よく蒸されたアガベの風味と自然な甘み、時折顔をのぞかせる瑞々しいシトラスと、あたかもアガベ畑にいるような青々しい苦みをお楽しみいただけます。

トニックやソーダ割がおすすめです。
