イデアナチュレルは、ユネスコの世界遺産にも登録されているメキシコ合衆国ハリスコ州の「テキーラ村」の有機の畑で栽培される「竜舌蘭(リュウゼツラン)科アガベ属ブルーアガベ」(学術名:BLUE WEBER TEQUILANA)の株の部分を搾って作られたシロップです。

このブルーアガベは、およそ200年前から最高級テキーラの原料として使用されてきました。
血糖上昇値が「21」と極めて低く、血糖値が上がりにくいうえに、甘さも砂糖より1.3倍あり、使用量が25%ほど少なくて済みますからカロリーも控えられます。

現代の健康志向を重視したライフスタイルに適した甘味料です。
